Terms and Conditions:

A non refundable deposit is required when booking your new set of hair extensions and will be deducted from your total cost at the end.Cash only at the time of your fitting. Please note that there are no refunds or returns due to hygeine reasons, once the hair has been fitted.

The lifespan of the hair is subject to regular maintenance appointments (every 4-6 weeks ) and the correct hair extension products and aftercare advice being applied. Failure to do so will decrease the lifespan of the extension hair considerably.

Travel costs apply for our mobile service.

We maintain a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours from appointment date will incur a fee of 50% of your original appointment cost.

Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will not attract any cancellation fees.
